HOW TO MAKE AN APPLE HEAD DOLL

when i was in high school, (circa 1975) my arts & crafts teacher~ JUDITH JURASSIC, came to class one day all excited. (she was a real character from the 70s era, sweet as pie, dedicated professional, bleach blonde, breathy voice. like a cross between marilyn monroe and dorothy stratton. she always wore tight fitting sweater dresses and high heel platform shoes... after all, it was the 70s!)
on this particular day she announced, "apple head dolls are an american tradition! we are going to learn to make an apple head doll, so you too can make an apple head doll!" some of the more cynical students looked around in disbelief. some snickered. i stared at her in wide-eyed amazement.
one  year later she asked me to help her move from her apartment in east hollywood.
one of her male friends gave me a blow job in his van. it was my first.. i was 16 years old.

today i live one block from miss jurrasic's old residence~ the Trianon.
